During this unprecedented health crisis, MEG has transitioned to a Virtual ENT Clinic, in order to keep providing ENT care to our patients whilst helping to minimise the spread of disease to our patients & our staff. 

Whilst our physical doors are closed, we are very much open for your ENT needs, and have made great efforts to enhance your online ENT Care experience through tele-consultations, extended LiveChat service, digitised forms, more educational videos, and the like. Rest assured, emergency and urgent ENT conditions will still be treated as required, and in-person reviews to complete your evaluation will be scheduled once the pandemic subsides, and social distancing measures are relaxed. These Telehealth (Video or Phone) consultations will all be bulk billed (no out of pocket cost), and we are waiving all appointment deposits during this time as well. These services will be available for all of our usual locations/service areas, including our regional and remote clinics. 

All of our ENT surgeons are also heavily involved in the mounting pandemic response in our public and private hospitals, and so we apologise in advance if appointments have to be rescheduled at short notice.
