Welcome back from Otology fellowship Dr Dan Youssef

Melbourne ENT Group is pleased to welcome Dr Dan Youssef back to our shores, after a 1 year fellowship abroad in the United Kingdom.

During his fellowship in London, Dan immersed himself in advanced otology, adult and paediatric cochlear implantation, and skull base surgery at one of the UK’s major centres. He gained extensive hands-on experience managing complex ear and hearing conditions — including cholesteatoma, hearing loss, paediatric otology, and skull base surgery for vestibular schwannomas — further strengthening his expertise across both adult and paediatric care.

Outside of work, he made the most of life in London. Dan explored the city’s markets and museums, travelled across the UK and Europe, and even ticked off a major bucket-list moment: watching Arsenal play live at the Emirates.

It was an unforgettable year of learning, exploring and enjoying everything London had to offer.

We are excited to have Dan’s new and additional expertise at Melbourne ENT Group and know his additional skills will be of great value to his patients and referrers.
