Melbourne ENT Group partners with Nebula Health to improve patient experience

Melbourne ENT Group (MEG) strives to deliver excellence in clinical outcomes and patient experience. To that end, MEG is excited to announce our partnership with Nebula Health to improve the experience of our patients, and their families during their operative journey.

With the patient’s consent, the Nebula Health platform pushes personalised information and directions, in customised video and written format, directly onto their Smartphone at the most relevant times during their operative journey. Clinicians also have the ability to collect Patient Reported Outcome Measures and overall feedback in real time.
