We are excited to welcome Kay Perkins, as our new practice manager. Kay is a highly experienced Practice Manager who joined Melbourne ENT Group in the early part of 2019. She had previously worked tirelessly in General Practice, for 11 years managing a busy clinic that maintained 12 doctors, 3 nurses and 7 reception staff. Kay’s skill sets have ranged from personnel management to handling all the administrative systems, to ensure that team members can work to the best of their abilities.

Kay has been busy since her arrival in Australia from the UK in 2005. She has enjoyed growing her knowledge whilst studying in Health Administration and Human Resources Management and loves applying these skills in everyday work environments.

Kay strives for excellent working practices and desires that all our patients have an excellent experience with MEG with strong patient outcomes

Outside of her working life, Kay enjoys life with her husband. They have 4 daughters and currently 2 granddaughters, and she enjoys nothing more than a good pilates session and big family dinners with all the family, (not necessarily all at the same time).
