The STOP BANG test is an acronym for some of the common contributing factors to airway obstruction during sleeping.
Snoring - Ask your house mates if you snore, you may be surprised at how much!
Tired - feel tired in the morning after what should normally be a reasonable length of sleep.
Observed - you have been observed to have stopped breathing during sleep.
